2025 Community Leadership Program

Our 2025 Community Leadership Programs launches in January 2025!

This 6-month program is led by Professor Jeremy Graves with BSU and offers a holistic approach to leadership development, empowering individuals to lead with purpose and effectiveness. Through in-depth self-assessment, insightful readings, and practical hands-on exercises, participants will explore their unique leadership strengths, understand diverse perspectives, and build essential competencies to navigate contemporary challenges:

Key components:

• Foundations of Leadership: We begin by examining leadership through the lens of self-awareness, utilizing the TTI Tri-DNA assessment to uncover individual drivers and motivators.
• Understanding Others: Participants dive into the DISC model to gain insights into communication styles, team dynamics, and effective collaboration strategies.
• Leadership Competencies: We explore key competencies for thriving leaders, including servant leadership, leading across generations, and change leadership.
• Personalized Growth: Participants benefit from targeted feedback and individual coaching opportunities based on their assessment results and leadership goals.

Program Cost: $200 (includes assessment, snacks and completion certificate from Boise State University).
