Best way to get there is to head north on Washoe (Go past Northview Ranch Subdivision). Turn east on NW6th Ave, go past Baja Estates subdivision and take the next road on the left (North).
There’s a long driveway that goes back to the water treatment plant. If you go through the front doors and hang a left, the conference room is at the end of the hallway.
